After his M.A Area Studies (Far East), Rutger joined Sweden’s Foreign Service and served in Asia and on nuclear non-proliferation as well as in international debt rescheduling. 		Gerard Drenth, Director Strategy and Scenarios Gerard spent fifteen years in the energy industry, of which five in Shell's global scenarios team, and a further seven in the financial services sector, in Morgan Stanley's European Strategy Group and in its investment management division.
