Dr. Rafael Ramirez is Founding Partner of NormannPartners and Fellow in Strategy at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he directs the Oxford Scenarios Programme. Rafael has worked for 30 years with futurising, strategy design and innovation for clients in 20 countries. He was Co-Chairman of the Strategic Foresight Global Council of the World Economic Forum 2008-2010; Visiting Professor of Scenarios and Corporate Strategy at Shell International 2000-2003; and Professor of Management in HEC-Paris 1994-2009.
